Setting of password of contact for .CZ domains

The changes made above the contacts, nameserver sets of ENUM and .CZ domains system can be authorized by subjects according to the rules issued by CZ.NIC.

We have created this form to enable the change authorization even for the entities administering their contact subjects by another registrar (for more details see FAQ).

Please, fill in the following fields, send the form and a password will be sent to the e-mail of the contact person. With this password you will be able to authorize the changes in the Domain Master application.
